William's Diesel Plays Weird Music?

OK electronic guys. Why did my Williams U-33 start playing weird music? I had this happen a couple of times with Weaver a mechanical
sound reefer, but only for a short time. This time the diesel kept playing these sounds until I stopped the train. Click on picture for video.
