Williams F7 to TMCC

Hi guys,

So my son has a Williams F7 AB set with a powered A loco with he has been running on his layout as a conventional engine. It runs without sounds but to my surprise when I opened it up it apparently has some sort of control board and what looks like a sound chip. I took pictures so maybe you can help me figure out if it's a Proto DCS (?) or some other board.... My son has a few engines running TMCC and he likes that control system better than conventional or the Lionel remote control he has on other engines. Can I convert this engine to TMCC?
