Now that you bring that up, the one photo I found of the Williams GP7 shows it as Chessie C&O 5902. The GP9 on Ebay is Chessie B&O 5902. Other than that, I can't really tell the difference from the images I can find.

I think for the Chessie engines, I probably should not get too caught up in GP7 or GP9.
