Williams NW-2 direction control

Have a NW 2 with horn and bell.

Installed dpdt on track power to switch between bell and horn. Using a zw with stud diode.
Is there a way to stop the F N R N direction sequence? Want to always start in fwd so the switch between bell horn won’t reverse engine.
