Wiring Locomotive Motors in Series

Now that I have the K-Line MP-15, I would like to slow it down a bit and wire the motors in series. Before I start cutting wires I would like some assistance. Here is a photo of the wiring as it came from the factory. Which wires should I cut and splice ?
