I am kind of on the fence with this one. If Lionel were to do 2 rail right meaning in locomotives they have fixed pilots, full length handrails, no high water pants, fully flanged proper sized/flanged drivers to 2 rail standards, and DCC/sound. With their scale freight cars they should have Kadee coupler pads and please sell a 2 rail truck that simply screws on. I don’t even understand the complicated way to 2 rail a Lionel car (using Lionel wheel sets) and only certain cars can be 2 railed with their wheelsets. If yes to all that then by all means it would be great if Lionel would jump into the 2 rail side but I seriously doubt it will happen.
