Unless the tooling is modular, which I doubt it is, then it would need to be a completely new tooling. The frame is longer on the Tier IV and everything behind the cab is different. That being said, it is a long overdue model and if they're willing to spend the money on a new diecast steam locomotive (A Class) then they ought to be willing to do an ET44AC.
