I am doing something similar with mine, removed 1 motor added a floor and cast seats, and people for weight. New paint, lights , sound , rewired for track or battery and RC and I am still under $200. Will need to add decals KD's and slide glass for the windows. It will pull a LaBelle 80'Heavey wht. wood pas car coach, for my branch line'
