ED, I know all those rivers in WVA get confusing, but true to its name, the POTOMAC Eagle follows the South Branch of the Potomac River throughout its journey.

The Cacapon River is a number of miles to the east, and only has a RR (X-B&O Main) crossing it at Great Cacapon,WV, where it hits the Potomac.
