Reply to "Would this be a good replacement wall wart for my TMCC Powermaster"

I got my wall wart in the mail and also the 5.5 x 2.5 barrel connector.

I wired it up according to how I think it should go but before I plug it in I wanted to ask if it looked OK to the more informed people here.

The black wire has continuity to the barrel (outside) of the plug.
