W/S vs.Menards Buildings ?

I have read that many of you have the W/S stuctures instead of the Menards. I am wondering that with an average $70. more, other than having lights in them why are they being chosen. In most cases you can get 2 Menards for the price of 1 w/s. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you in advance.
