WTB Atlas 3 Rail Track and Turnouts

I am trying get to all the track I need for my upcoming layout. New is great, used is OK as long as there is no damage and it works as intended. Email is in profile. Obviously the turnouts are the most expensive items, so if you know of good pricing online, let me know that as well.
