WTB: Lionel 6-14112 LTC Lighted Lock-On in blue header-card packaging

Looking to buy one or several of the Lionel 6-14112 LTC Lighted Lock-On in the packaging as shown.

The ones I'm specifically looking for didn't come in a box, but rather used this blue header-card with the bagged product. They date to around 2001 or so. I can't use the postwar or later boxed LTC's for this project.
