Not sure what the connection is between the two, if any, but maybe Don can chime in.

To me it looks like RCS America is the manufacturer and RCS of NE is the retailer(?). I didn't see anywhere a person could buy on the RCS America site, but I also didn't see this new 2.4Ghz App or Throttle on Don's website either (may be too new).
