I think they should all be restored with non-govt funding.

It's not like we don't have any functional steam engines running now.

And we do have some serious problems for the gov't to spend tax money on.

Otherwise I agree with Eddie. The 700e, 224, and I would add the 2025 & 2029 to the list.
