Yes, as mentioned before I always follow the procedure that the instruction listed, to flip on the switch then move the handles in upright position. The TIU will then come on, however in my case the red lamp is on for the amount time before I notice if the TIU is on. that's a point I'm not sure of, which I will check it out in a second.
