ARNOLD: Your MRC Power G was designed specifically for G scale and would definitely have an OVERLOAD voltage output at 22 volts! NOT for HO, N or Z! Plus its output is NOT flatline DC! It has been discontinued by MRC and I got rid of mine and found a lab grade DC switching mode regulated power supply instead.
