I ordered switch machines from Z stuff #Express on 9 October 2020. Called several times and emailed. No responses.

Filed a claim with PayPal on 10 November 2020. Checked Paypal this morning and no response from Z stuff Express.

Looks like if you want their products it is best to order from a dealer.

All I want now is a refund so can buy something else. FYI replacing Atlas switch operators as two have burned up.
