Reply to "ZW-L Failure. I was afraid this would happen."

My ZW(L) also shows barely 16 volts on each output, and each output is slightly different. I guess I will have to acquire the meter that @feet bought in the article above.

I wish I knew this earlier - have been pestering Lionel about it and my inquiry / complaints fell on deaf ears.
