Which ZW are you talking about. There are the original ZW's that are 60+ years old, the ZW-C from the 1990's and the most recent ZW-L. I've had all 3, and would only complain about the ZW-C. And it's way more than just the handles with them.

Very true the C version was the cheapest feeling the L version is rock solid.
