Programming Legacy to Universal Remote. ABA

Can someone tell me how to program a NYC ABA using the Universal Remote? What are the steps exactly.

1. Do you put all 3 engines, ABA, on the track together or does each one go separately?

2. Does the last "A" unit run in reverse automatically?

NYC unit ABA is a Legacy engine with Bluetooth.
