I am looking for Lionel Part #691PCB10B0 for the Lionel Burlington Northern SD-60 from the late 90's early 2000's.
Lionel no longer has them. If anyone has an extra, please let me know.

You can try ordering a similar sound board and change out the chips. That will get you where you need unless it's actually the chips that are the issue. Worth a shot.

The above is available, worse comes to worse you have a SD60 sounds. The Crewtalk isn't really understandable on Railsounds 4.0 anyway.

I have the diesel generic sound boards if you want to buy one or did you see if Lionel had those?
Its actually for the 18288 Dealer Odyssey Demonstrator. The sound board in the loco is the PWC GP7 Burlington Board, I really would like the SD-60 Sound Board.
