Can the base of the 30-11006 be turned?
Looking to turn it so the base is parallel with the arm and lights.
I have a spot specific to the 30-11014 and would like to add one to it

Looked at mine, it does not appear to be something that can be turned without breaking it.
If the base cannot be turned and you don't want the base in "the way" for what ever reason, why don't you consider sinking the actual base into the table and having a "fake base" in place of that in whatever shape or style you want.

That would normally be the idea.
These signals need to be mobile. The layout goes up/comes down about 12 times a year.
