I"m running 4 of these taxis in a cuing automation on a superstreets dogbone.  The automation is working but every once in a while I get a taxi overshooting an IR detector.  It's always the same taxi,  3 of the 4 taxis run about the same speed,  This forth taxi, the troublesome one, is noticeably faster than the other 3.   I was wondering if this is just a production aberration, or was there a production change over the years.  I was considering just buying another and hoping for the slower version.  I could add a dropping diode or two which would slow it up.  Any information would be helpful.  Thanks !!

I purchased the taxis in two different time frames.  One, a number of years back.  The other 3 maybe 2-3 years ago.  I checked the boxes for any signs of vintage.  One box coloring was more towards a cherry red where as the other 3 were more on the burgundy side.  So, I'm guessing the speedier taxi belongs to the more cherry red box.  The color difference might be associated with some type of production change ??
