Did you scratch build the Silver Cup Bread buildings? They make the scene

The Silvercup building is from a "Yard Office" kit by American Models (laserkit). The billboard is from a kit by Blair Line...

Silvercup Bread was a huge bakery in Long Island City, Queens, New York which operated between 1924 and 1974. The sign was atop the building.

Alan, another great showcase and wow that house is great. Your work is amazing and always inspiring. Thanks to your weekly thread and all of the contributors I have tried things that I would have not imagined doing. All of the steps in building have been like a master class. My results are not worthy of posting here yet, but I keep working on it daily. Thank you so much for keeping this thread going each week. Thanks to all the contributors for the wonderful projects you post.

Sidehack what did you use for that building?

Tom

Tom,

Your work is absolutely worthy to be posted on this thread. Please, provide some pictures. I am so happy to hear you have learned things from this thread. I would like to see pictures of any structures built by forum members. Thank you everyone that has contributed here. I have learned many things from all of your great work. Keep the pictures coming.

That rolling mill is beautiful, someday I would like to build a forging shop (for metals not money)

Did you scratch this

Ray,

Thanks!   It is scratch.  There is not much steel related stuff out there in O.   I was going to make a mold for the stands but ended up making each one individually because I couldn’t wait for the latex.  Impatience has a price!

I need to get back on this project and finish it.
