Wow! Just catching up on this news. Sorry to see you go Dean, but like everyone else has posted, you have been a great help to me and my shop over the years and I wish you all the best. Especially in real estate during this time of "social distancing". Maybe you should consider that OGR job offer from Alan after all! Ed can take over at Lionel. I think he was in that first class at Canfield when you and I were there.
