You guys who are pining for a special Divco...  Be advised that Diecast Direct has them available in all white and/or all cream colored as a starting point for doing your own custom job.  FI, finding the Dugan's logo online shouldn't be too difficult.  If you can capture it, photoshop to size, you might be able to make your own decals...commonly done nowadays.

Just a thought...

Of course, 'patience' is the other alternative.

I'm waiting for the Sealtest one that delivered our milk in Washington, D.C. when I was growing up.  Thompson's Dairy was also in that area...also delivered in the ubiquitous Divco's.

This is one of those products that could keep the Chinese busy for YEARS catering to our memories!!

Is there one of you that may be willing to part with the display case that your truck came in? I have the Diaper Service Divco can that I purchased just before my granddaughter was born but no case. Her name is Lilly and I just bought the Lilly Produce delivery truck and want to put them both away for her. Willing to pay for shipping and for the case if necessary! Thanks, Ken

I do remember opening the bottle and getting the cream off the top.

Hey Don, When I worked for Center Auto Supply in the 60's I would call on the Borden's Milk Garage on one of the side streets off Honeyspot Road in Stratford, selling auto parts and filling their KEM ignition cabinet with ignition parts.

Just  trying to help your memory. Good Luck, Casey.

The garage and lot was always full of the Divco's that looked exactly like the new American Heritage Bordens Truck.

Guys:  Down in Canfield, OH, just outside of Youngstown and just down the street from the  World Headquarters of "0" Gauge Railroading, at T.P Tool Corporation, they have a beautifully restored sample of a Divco milk truck painted in, none other than The Borden Milk Colors of Die Cast direct.  you can go down and shoot photos of the way the "real" one looks, to this very day!
