Hi everyone, I picked up #164 log loader-dismantled, cleaned, and lubricated. It seems to be operating nicely at 12-16v--logs are picked up and placed in tray but when I release them the arms drop all logs roll off and the arms stay in the down position. Is there something to adjust or should I just live with it--Greg

There is a solenoid under the steel tray on the output side of the conveyor. Try lubricating the pivot points for the mechanism that controls the stakes. There is a spring on the solenoid, but it is difficult to access without dismantling the loader.
