Are they all the same paint besides the #'s?

Which one has the Philadelphia announcement?

I know the Nicholas Smith model has some additional announcements but not sure if there are any other differences, seems like on their site its a darker blue.

Any other info I should be aware of before purchasing one?

"Good morning, welcome aboard Amtrak's Farewell to the AEM-7's Excursion Train.
Our trip today covers approximately 275 miles of the former Pennsylvania Railroad currently owned by Amtrak.
Included will be some rare mileage over tracks that have rarely seen passenger trains. Scheduled running time is 8 hours 30 min. There will be two passenger stops.
A photo stop at the MARC passenger station at Halethorpe, MD, and a passenger stop with layover at Wilmington Shops in Delaware for a walking tour.
Our train consist length is 871 feet with a max. height 14 ft. 5 in. for locos and 12 ft. 8 in. for the cars. Our weight is 1,364,540 lbs. or 682.27 Tons.
Average millage for our coaches is 5.0 million miles and 4.723 million miles for our locomotives.
Ladies and gentleman we will be arriving back into Washington Union Station very soon.
To the AEM-7 locomotive we say thank you and well done, or 'Tack och bra gjort' in Swedish.
The AEM7 came about in the late 1970s as AMTK sought a suitable replacement for the legendary GG1 locomotives which were finally showing their age.
An order for 47 units delivered 1980 - 1982, Eight more units followed in 1988. This means the originals have seen nine Olympic games, not counting Rio in 2016.
As the late 90's gave way to the early 2000's, Twenty-nine were remanufactured and upgraded to AC traction as the NEC North End Electrification was brought online. They have operated now for thirty years. Collectively racking up over 180 million miles in service.
In a few minutes we will be arriving at Halethorpe for a photo opportunity. Those of you detraining for the stop, please make sure you have your wristband on and take note of the car number you are in so you can return to it. Watch your step when detraining.
We would like to welcome everyone to the Amtrak Wilmington maintenance Facility. Be mindful of potential tripping hazards like tracks, uneven surfaces, and steps, when walking through the shops. Be aware of open pits and please do not go outside the walking area or on or under equipment."
