2016 tinplate catalog - where is it?

The interior of a Solarium car is the same as any State car only the end changed. The same is true for a Observation car.

Have mixed feelings about it. The only must have in the  last one was the GE Lamps Covered Hopper. That was only becuase Terry Hudon shared a pic of his.

Any hints on what to expect? I am hoping for a rerun of the 605 Red Comet Baggage and other baggage cars for the different colored 600 series passenger cars.

I would love to see the lionel/ives transitional  cars and loco in standard in some new road names and colors oh yea ,,,,

This is FABULOUS news for a much-anticipated catalog!!!  

Eagerly awaiting tomorrow's unveiling... although I've throttled back Standard Gauge purchases to a very select number of items.  I think I'm all set on locomotives and tinplate accessories now, so it's primarily a few pieces of rolling stock that may catch my eye from time to time.  Purchases from last year's catalog included a couple of the new flatcars w/loco wheels, and the 4010 Ives tank cars.  Pretty minimal damage... all things considered.

Truly is exceptional news! Been anxiously awaiting the catalog and I can't think of anything else in this lifetime that makes me feel like a kid in a candy store as much as when the tinplate catalog comes out!

I don't even care what's in it, i'm just thrilled that MTH and Lionel take the time to produce what they do!

Agreed, but it would be better if MTH shipped their 2015 LCT club car before the subsequent year's catalog comes out. 

390 are back i'm in steam heaven,,,,,408 in Milwaukee colors,,oh my,,,,maybe,,,just maybe,will beable  to get the af northern pac passenger set next year !!!, but what I though was strange is the macklin station in this catalog,,,will they have to pay lionel a fee for this ???

2 out of 3 isn't bad on anyday,,,,love the grey and black/orange 390   !!

Terry...I feel your excitement over the 390's! I've been watching for a two tone green 390e for a long time, so glad it showed up in this years catalog! That's definately in my top 3 favorite loco's of all time....

but I will say,,,,i think the catalog cover is one of the best,,and i'm not just sayin that ,cause it has a 390 on it !

Agreed, I thought it was one of the better ones. It is pretty colorful
