2019 Volume One Catalog Download issues

ted KOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I must be doing something stupid - but when I i try to download the Interactive catalog -it starts to download and stops - i have NO problems with downloading the 2019 Really to Run Catalog or any of the other catalogs from the web site - just can't get access tp the 2019 Vol 1. can any one tell me what i am doing wrong - i have checked all of my computer setting and it does not seem to be anything wrong -
