I bet they are printed and drop shipped by Ripon Printers located southeast. That area of Wisconsin seems to be a mecca of famous paper makers....Kimberly Clark among them.
I have that catalog as well from Great Lakes Train Store, and the few items I'm surprised to see that Lionel will be making for the first time in the future will be USRA-styled Pacific-type steamers. Most of the products I've seen in this one are the same engines and cars, like the NYC Mohawk (one with a fantasy paint scheme) and the Acela Express in different paint schemes. Still, I'm also miffed that they are horribly overpriced in the catalog.
