First of all, my memory may not be accurate. I ordered a GP20 from the Lionel 2023 catalog from Trainworld around the end of March. I could swear that the price was in the mid $500s when I placed the order. I just looked at the catalog now, and the price is in the mid $600s. I looked at the email stuff I got back from Trainworld and no price was ever stated.
This is the very first time I've ever preordered a train thing. Assuming my memory is accurate, is this a standard thing? Next time I will do a screen capture from the catalog when I do the order, but I'm not sure that would do any good.
