213 Lift Bridge internal wiring

There are four resistors that are connected to the power connections.  What color wire are you inquiring about?

There is only one connection in question. If you look at the last page of supplement 47 ; the bottom right has a drawing of the non motorized base. There is one power connection terminal that gets powered from the middle rail out side of the control section. This terminal has a RED wire that looks to be about 5" long. It is connected to a movable contact under the lift span. When the span is down the center rail is powered on the bridge and the control sections on both ends. On my bridge the terminal has power but the contact does not. On the drawing there is something that looks like a wire connector; but I'm wondering if it's a resistor or diode. 

The end of the Red wire that gets connected to the terminal on the Non-Motorized Tower Base is a wire connector. Track power connected to this terminal supplies power to the center rail.

Thanks for the verification. So now I have to get in there and run a wire. This will be a project, pulling track that involves then pulling the bridge up and getting inside to fix the wire.
