I just came across the above a bit (2 years, heh) late !

 

YES - you are correct - that photo is the one from my various photos of my O-Scale NYC EL Layout .  Surprised that Olsen, heh, who most likely knew it,  didn't respond to your question !!!- And in this over 2 years time, heh no one else !  Here is that same photo from my files.
