I don't know how often you all make it over to the 3Rs forum, so I thought I would create a post here to share some good news. I emailed Scott Mann asking if he would consider offering N de M F units in their as delivered livery.
He explained the minumum order was 10 units. We have met the minimum and the N de M units are now available for reservation on Scott's web site! Click here to reserve them. If you are an N de M fan this is a great opportunity as there is simply not enough rolling stock or motive power out there. I have created an email distribution list and a google folder. I believe the above units are F2s. I am far from an expert when it comes to making the distinction between F2 v F3. We are collecting information and reference images to share with Scott. We will do he best we can to make the units as accurate to the prototype given the available information and the manufacturing limitations. The approximate deadline to make a reservation is February, so we have a bit more time to do more research.
