Steamtown did not buy any of the circus cars, but the Scranton, PA based Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation Society did.  DSC_6528DSC_6529

The cars are not always on display, but for Railfest 2017, the two performer cars were open to walk through.  Two different classes of performers would be in these cars.  Some of the rooms are kind of nice, but  others really packed the people in.  The horse car, converted from an elephant car, would arrive a few weeks after this event.

Here is the animal car.  This has its own generator, from what I hear.  I don't think the others do.  These all belonged to the Blue Train set.
