Re: #6 Standard Gauge Steamer repair needed

I have a #6 standard gauge steamer, PN 11-1019-0. Conventional. It has serious trouble pulling the tender. Talked to MTH at York. They sent me a pair of traction tire wheels. I need help getting the wheels on.

Tried to get the old wheels off. Used a wheel puller. They won't budge. Any suggestions?
