I have this set in Lackawanna.  They only did the color silhouettes for a few years at most in both the small cars and also in the 20" scale cars.  Compared to the standard black and white ones, I find these quite attractive.  I suspect copies would be the best way to replicate these as they are not common.  I wouldn't go as far to say rare, but still something interesting and different.

Thanks. They look nice in photos how do they look running in the dark?

These cars were made during the Williams /Samhongsa era of the late 1980's  to 1991 when Williams did a "blowout sale" and ****ed off a lot of collector's and people who pre-ordered. This destroyed the Samhongsa relationship who then turned to Weaver models to import the Samhongsa product line. The Heavyweight cars became MTH's premiere line of cars- abeit updated with interiors and now led lighting.
