I have the Lionel 6-25722 CZ passenger cars and I want to accurately paint and detail them to look at close as I can to the real thing. My question is are there any good color images of the interiors of the cars? I found a few but I wonder if there's more. Also, are there books that feature good images of the interiors of the cars? A quick Google search showed a few things that I will link in here. If any of you know a paint color that matches (or is close to) the colors in the photos please lead me to it. Btw, if this is on the wrong forum please move it. And also I'm well aware that the Lionel cars are not great models of the cars, I don't have the money or room for the atlas cars, so don't bother bringing that up. Thank you.

Well, it doesn't get any better than that huh? You have any interior shots of the car you were in? If so, can you send them to Me? Or, you think you can get a close color match to these photos?

I suggest joining the Burlington Route Historical Society, http://www.burlingtonroute.com/ as there is a wealth of information that individuals can help you with in regards getting information about the CZ.

Also, you can join the CBQ Yahoo group at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/CBQ/info. This is an open forum mostly geared for modelers. There are hundreds of members, and it's free. We exchange information about every aspect of the CB&Q and there is always several subscribers that have answers to every question anyone asks.

Try both and good luck.
