I have the Lionel 6-25722 CZ passenger cars and I want to accurately paint and detail them to look at close as I can to the real thing. My question is are there any good color images of the interiors of the cars? I found a few but I wonder if there's more. Also, are there books that feature good images of the interiors of the cars? A quick Google search showed a few things that I will link in here. If any of you know a paint color that matches (or is close to) the colors in the photos please lead me to it. Btw, if this is on the wrong forum please move it. And also I'm well aware that the Lionel cars are not great models of the cars, I don't have the money or room for the atlas cars, so don't bother bringing that up. Thank you.

There is a wonderful book called Portrait of the Silver Lady. Highly recommend it.

I'll take a look for that one, I've heard it's good. It include color photos of the cars?
The cars were/are made of stainless steel, so there is no paint that can reproduce it faithfully. These cars are well documented, you shouldn't have a problem finding pictures.

The lionel cars are aluminum so that's fine. I'm worried about interior photos.

Well, it doesn't get any better than that huh? You have any interior shots of the car you were in? If so, can you send them to Me? Or, you think you can get a close color match to these photos?
