Just bought an MTH Premier F3 set from 2005 which is old stock but brand new. Battery is actually fine. No cutting out of sound or operation in conventional mode but my DCS remote will not find the engine to add. Any suggestions? I have a dozen PS2/3 engines, my wiring is star patterned and I've never had an issue adding engines.

Thanks for your help!

imo, a 2005 (that's 13 years old) battery is not fine.

GGG, when using Recover Engine, doesn't the remote ask you which engine you want to recover from the list of engines in the remote? I didn't think it was possible to recover an engine that was never added to the remote. How would this be done when the engine is not in the list? Thanks in advance.
