I'm thinking about getting an Mth Railking Imperial berkshire but I'm worried it might not clear some scenery on my layout. I have tunnel portals built into curves and rock formations on curves as well that almost bump up right to the ballasted part of the FasTrack.

My Williams sd45 just barely skims these surfaces when the back end goes through the curves. Might any of you know whether the MTH steam engine like the 2-8-4 berkshire will swing even more on the back end?

The RK Cab Forward has the largest swing I've seen (But I don't have the RK Big Boy.).  But the Berk isn't the same style as the articulates. I have a RK PRR Steam Turbine (The big one they made 1st, not the tiny later ones.) and a RK NYC Hudson.  As far as I remember, they both stay with in the edges of FT.  So if the Berk does overhang, it won't be much.
