I can read enough of the writing around the plugs to get it wired just like to have a manual for luck.  Knew it was a shot in the dark, you never know what you can dig up on the forum. They are a strange creature do you know what they were used in ?  I imagine they were OEM for something and not sold to the public.     j

Atlas SW models.  The design allowed the  SW model to be TMCC controlled, three modular Lionel boards, with a single horizontal drive motor.  Tight fit.  Dates to 2001?? Poor Dallee electronics were used before this drive system.  A small speaker was installed in the fuel tank.

History:  Mike Reagan, still TAS (Train America Studios), Youngstown OH.  retro-fitted existing  Dallee Atlas SW models with the electronics pictured.  Required new frames from Atlas at the time.  New, today, Atlas SW's have ERR electronics. The large horizontal motor, with two flywheels, had very good low speed, and torque, may be one of the better O scale switcher  models without an electronic speed control. IMO.
