I need a 1103-20 envelope to complete a cheaper than dirt Lionel Postwar set headed by the 1061 Scout. I believe all that was in it was a CTC Lockon and two coils of connecting wire (hense the -20).

The hard part was getting the two tiered set box. And I got it first. LMK

That envelope/packet is rare as hens teeth, and the ones listed on eBay draw a high price. Considering the “Cheap” Set you are referring to, it’s not worth trying to get it. I have searched for the same packet, for a Rare Uncatalogued Set, and refuse to pay the asking prices I have found. If you find someone willing to let you have it, at a decent price, Good luck.
