Super O switch problem | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I had the chatter problem with this switch. The Brass wheel flanges are not touching common rail. I took the back off of this switch. If I remember right the insulation can get worn (burned) off under the area marked with arrow. Am I right ? Anything else to look for while I have it apart ? Where can parts for these be found ? Thanks, Art

It looks like if you insulate those two green wires from each other, you may have solved it.
