I have tried emailing as well as calling your store but never got an email response, and the phone rings repeatedly until an answering machine picks up. I've had this happen for weeks now as I attempt to call. Any better way to get in touch?

They did finally reach out to me. They were setting aside the item I want to buy. I have to call them yet as soon as i get a moment to finish it up.
