Recently my RK Imp Mike 30-1651-1 has started to take off as soon as power is applied and cannot be communicated with thru DCS. Today after running for about 20 minutes it slowed and stopped although sounds continued as though it was still running at speed. After opening it up I could not find any connections loose or any apparent binding. When returned it ran ok for a while until it stopped again with sounds still at a pace matching the speed displayed on my handheld. After another close inspection I returned it to the track where it ran slowly in foward but normally in reverse at the same speed setting. Then it stopped again. I don't know where to go from here except seek advice from all the forumites. My system consists of a Z 4000, one TIU and three AIUs. I do not use WiFi just the handheld. I'd appreciate any ideas

Tether connection is solid and tightened with zip strip at tender. After a runaway, I shut down, turn on the handheld first, turn on track power and wait for the engine to come on, then press shut down. Then I go through normal start up and the engine runs normally and responds to all commands....... until yesterday. I haven't tried conventional, I'll do that today.
