My 5 x 8 little railroad which I call West of Sundown, is about 3/4's done. Planning for one more structure on the siding, than it will be about details. I love telling stories with pics, and is there anything better than getting home from a stressful day at work, and just watching the trains run? Mine carries me to a place west of Sundown, where the dry hot air meets the silence of the wide open road. Where high tension towers beckon you to the horizon and a new adventure.IMG_4479 [2)IMG_4483 [2)IMG_4486 [3)IMG_4496 [2)IMG_4498IMG_4500 [2)IMG_4504

Looks really good! The photography, as well as the modeling skills, are top notch! Have you thought of using Atlas track? It can add a touch of realism.

Thank you.  I really like Atlas track, but due to the impermanence of my housing, I opted for Fastrack.  Didn't want to use ballast over entire track, or build the grade.   In fact the entire layout is made for easy disassembly.   If I ever have a permanent layout, I would likely go that route.
