Having trouble with the system today'.. AN entire write up of how to do the 3-D effects and a video deleted it self...  To suffice, click on the two screen shots.  You'll get the idea.  Briefly, go into your Photo file, pic a photo to open.  Now click on edit.  A menu on the right opens.  Now click on edit & create.  Click the top middle icon (Effects)..  pick your effect, and continue...  Once you play with it a few times.. you'll see it is easy to do.  There are plenty of effects.... to choose from...This App is installed in all windows 10 computers.......Have fun'...πŸŽ…

Instructions for 3-D editing in Windows 10'..

for effects provided from the 3-D photo editing app included in all windows 10 computers... pick your photo, Just click on the [edit & create] icon on the top of the screen.  Then go to the menu on the right, that opens, and click [add 3D effects] ...   see screen shots, Now click on Effects.  Pick your effect, and apply...😁
